Mary Nolan
-
LMT, RYT
My journey into the world of bodywork began when I studied anatomy & physiology at the University of Montana. After graduating with a Health Sciences degree in 2010, I enrolled in the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2011 & the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in 2012. My passion for bodywork was ignited, and I have devoted myself to holistic healing and the study of the human body ever since. My treatments combine Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Massage Cupping, Thai stretching and Craniosacral techniques in order to target your specific needs. I believe the best deep, therapeutic work can only occur while in a state of relaxation when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated. The PSNS breeds recovery. I look forward to working with you!
