HOW IT WORKS
Our Booking Process
Elk Mountain Concierge Services brings wellness services to you! We want nothing more than to create the perfect at-home wellness experience for you. We do our absolute best to accommodate your selected dates and times, but it’s best to plan as far in advance as possible to help us do so. Your flexibility is encouraged, as our practitioners are not full-time employees for EMWC (yet!). Here’s how our booking process works:
1. Fill out the Service Request Form
Select the services you are interested in, your dates and time requests, as well as how many people will be attending. Tell us your dream services, any special occasions that you’re celebrating, or send us any questions.
2. The Planning Call
We’ll be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your vision and create the best plan of action.
3. Practitioner Scheduling
After your phone call, we will confirm the availability of providers for your requested services and preferred times. Please keep in mind that this is not always possible, especially last minute. We encourage booking far in advance and the ability to be flexible.
4. Confirmation & Deposit
We’ll send you a Confirmation Email confirming your services, times, and location. In this email, you will also receive a payment link: full payment is mandatory to confirm your booking. This includes 20% gratuity for your highly skilled practitioner. Also in this email, there will be inquiry forms and waivers that each person will need to fill out. If you are using our Wellness Chef Service, our chef will contact you for additional information. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy on our Terms & Policies Page.
6. Prep for your Service!
This involves tidying your space, rearranging furniture as previously agreed, and preparing the area for our practitioner(s) to set up for your service or class. Our fees and time do not cover assistance with these tasks, but we are happy to accommodate if requested. Please notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly and adjust your invoice. Additionally, please reserve a parking spot in your driveway or in front of your home for your practitioner prior to the appointment so they can efficiently transport their equipment.
