FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are a small concierge team committed to fulfilling your requests whenever possible. However, during busy periods such as July and the holiday season, our staff manage numerous engagements and may not be able to accommodate every request. Please understand that our priority is to provide as many services as requested. The more advance notice and flexible availability you provide, the greater the likelihood we can meet your needs.

Payment:
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. A 20% gratuity is automatically included in the total service fee.Refunds:
50% refund — if canceled 7 or more days before the service date
25% refund — if canceled 4 to 6 days before the service date
No refund — for cancellations made within 3 days of the service date
Sickness and weather are not circumstances that fall under leniency. If you are becoming ill within 2 days of your appointment, please communicate with us!

We have a grace period of a 10 minute start time. After 15 minutes, we charge $30 to keep the appointment for the scheduled appointment length. If a client wants to simply use the rest of the allotted time of the appointment, the client may choose this option without an additional fee. After 15 minutes, and there are no additional appointments, it is up to the therapist’s discretion on whether they can stay for the appointment. If a client shows up after 15 minutes but before 30 minutes, and they would like to use the remaining time allotted for their treatment, they will not be charged a late fee.

To reserve your appointment, full payment and a 20% gratuity are required in advance. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

Whoever will be using our services in any way( i.e. eating snacks from our wellness chef, taking a class, enjoying a sound bath, receiving a massage, or participating in a hike) is REQUIRED with no exceptions to sign a waiver.
MINORS: Any minor under the age of 18, must have additional consent. Any minor under the age of 16 who will be receiving any bodywork must have a parent present.

Below is the equipment we can provide upon request:
Yoga Classes: We can provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps for up to 10 people upon request at booking.
Restorative Experiences: We can provide yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for up to 10 people upon request at booking.
Fitness: We offer yoga mats, weight sets in 3, 5, and 8 pounds, leg weights, and both light and heavy resistance bands, accommodating up to 8 people upon request at booking.

Yes, if the therapist has the availability and it does not conflict with the other current treatments.

Please call us directly to discuss any special space and/ or parking limitations you may foresee. This is absolutely important especially in winter months.

We unfortunately cannot help the weather. We are accustomed to traveling and working in less than ideal conditions, however, if the safety of the therapists are in question, your services may go unfulfilled with a 50% refund to cover administration cost and therapist time.

If you are located more than 30 miles from the TOWN OF CRESTED BUTTE additional travel fees apply. We’ll go over these details in our Planning Call. Refer to our How It Works section.
